About
We envision a world in which organizational values intentionally guide leadership, strategy, decisions, and execution.
LDRSHIP.DEV is a consultancy that helps people and organizations create winning strategies, effectively lead their teams, make better decisions, and achieve their full potential.
Our approach combines values-based leadership and strategy frameworks with peer-reviewed research, case studies, and relevant data to support personal and organizational growth and development.
LDRSHIP is a mnemonic the Army uses to help soldiers learn and remember the seven Army Core Values: Loyalty, Duty, Respect, Selfless Service, Honor, Integrity, and Personal Courage. In our case, it refers to the values we believe are the foundation of success, both in business and in life.
The DEV refers to our mission: We support the development of skills-based Leadership, Strategy Development, and Execution. We serve organizations as well as individuals.
