We have done some interesting things and learned some lessons along the way.

Military careers. Decades in commercial business and academia. Years of volunteer and board service in non-profits. Some successes, some failures. One learns from both, often more from the failures.

We want to help people through sharing what we have learned, and to enhance the value of these ideas by combining them with peer-reviewed research and case studies that illustrate (as we used to say in the Army) "what right looks like."
